Terms of Service

Chatters Palace is an OnlyFans-management (OFM) chatting team. We hire experienced chatters, assess them, and pay them to run conversations on behalf of the creators we work with. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Chatters Palace” mean the team that operates this site and hires through our Discord. “You” means anyone who uses the site, takes our typing test, applies, works with us, or takes part in our recruiter program.

You must be at least 18 years old. The work involves adult, sexually explicit conversation, so this is a firm requirement, not a formality. If you are under 18 you may not use the test, apply, or join the team.

We hire experienced chatters. When you apply you confirm that the experience, availability, and numbers you give us are your own and are true. Inventing experience or numbers ends an application, and ends any working relationship if we find out later.

Everything runs through our Discord. You cannot take the test from the public site. Once you join and press Apply Now, our bot, Crown, sends you a private test link tied to your Discord account. That link is single-use and time-limited. It is yours, and sharing it or taking the test for someone else voids the result.

After the test, accepted candidates open a private application ticket and answer a short set of questions about how you work: how many creators you handle, the size of accounts you have run, the tools you use, your availability, and whether you are currently working elsewhere. A member of our team reviews it. Passing the test is not an offer of work; it moves you to the next stage.

The test measures how quickly and accurately you reply to realistic fan messages under time. You agree to take it yourself, in one sitting, without paste, autofill, macros, or any outside help. We run automated integrity checks, and we may void a result, withhold it, or decline an application where a result looks assisted or where the rules above were broken.

Your best results may appear on our public leaderboard. You can ask us to show you there under a shortened or anonymous handle instead. Just tell us in your ticket.

We would rather you know this up front than find out after you are hired. As a chatter you hold conversations on creators’ accounts, in the creator’s voice, to build rapport and sell content. You are representing the creator, not yourself, and the conversations are adult in nature. If that is not work you want to do, this is not the right team for you, and that is completely fine.

Pay is performance-based and is set out in full on our Salary page: your rank and commission move with what you sell, and payouts go out weekly on a set schedule. The exact rates, ranks, and the trial that decides your starting rank live on that page and form part of these terms. The earnings figures and payout screenshots we show are real examples from chatters on the team. They show what is possible, not a guarantee of what you will earn.

Anyone in our Discord can request a permanent recruiter link. You share it, and people who join and are hired through it are attributed to you automatically. We pay $50 for each candidate of yours who is hired, not for clicks, sign-ups, or people who do not pass. There is no cap on how many you can refer.

Rewards are recorded when a candidate is hired and are paid to the crypto wallet you set, after a short holding period, once your balance is eligible for withdrawal. Referring yourself through a second account, faking joins, or any other attempt to game attribution forfeits the rewards involved and can remove you from the program. Full terms of the program are shown in Discord when you create your link.

Working with us means you will see things that are not yours to share: creator identities and accounts, client conversations, scripts, pay details, and how our systems work. You agree to keep them private, during and after your time on the team, and not to screenshot, copy, or repost creator or client material except where your role requires it.

We can decline an application, or end a working relationship, if you:

• fake experience, results, or identity, or cheat the test;
• abuse the recruiter program or try to manipulate attribution;
• leak creator, client, or team information;
• harass other people in our Discord or on shift; or
• share your account, or work under someone else’s.

Most of the time a problem is a misunderstanding and we will talk to you first. The list above is for when talking is not enough.

Unless we have signed something with you that says otherwise, you work with us as an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes and for reporting your income where you live.

The Chatters Palace name, the site, Crown, and everything on the pages (text, layout, graphics) are ours. You are welcome to use and share your recruiter link and to point people to the public pages. You may not copy the site, clone Crown, or use our name to run something of your own or to pretend to be us.

We keep the site and the test running as well as we can, but we do not promise they will always be available or error-free, and taking the test does not entitle you to work with us. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

We update these terms as the way we work changes. When we do, we change the “last updated” date at the top and, for anything significant, we post a note in our Discord. If you keep using the site or stay on the team after a change, that change applies to you.
